This is one of the best hosts out there, I've been constantly impressed with their service. The support would even contact me to let me know there were some issues, and fix them right away, before I even realized there were any issues in the first place. It's very affordable too, I've got a dozen sites and I'm happy with the service from Lunarpages on all of them

“Exceptionally good customer service”
Lunarpages offer a good hosting overall, but what I especially like is their tech support team. Customer service is one of their best aspects and the reason I stayed with them for 3 years (and counting). They seem to be very knowledgeable and efficient in solving whatever issue they come across, unlike others I've contacted who are robot-like and lack any human emotion and are unhelpful most of the time. It happened with more than one of my previous hosts, but now Lunarpages has my back and I couldn't recommend them more

“Most of the time good, but support is hit and miss”
I love Lunarpages and have been with them for years. Their service works great, and I feel it is well positioned and priced for someone like myself. Hosting meets my needs, and it is relatively easy to do what I need to do within their system. Although they have changed interfaces and sometimes finding where to do things is more challenging now. Overall, I like them. The issues I have with them come in the way of support. It is either hit or miss. Sometimes you get someone that can solve an issue in one minute and other times; the train comes off the tracks. I've had responses that had absolutely nothing to do with the issue at hand, or they start making requests that won't even begin to fix it. I signed up for the shared managed support and thought this would be a better level of support. I'm finding it is not. The person working on my case has been inefficient and not as skilled as I would expect them to be. They have been unprofessional in their responses basically accusing me of being stupid. I'm trying to get in touch with a "supervisor" to resolve this, but right now they have left a bad taste in my mouth for the paid support. Overall, I'm sure other places deal with the same issues, but as LunarPages has grown, the support has not kept up. Hopefully, they will work on this, but I don't feel like my voice is heard when I raise issues.

“Very satisfied with their managed hosting”
I've used Lunarpages Managed Hosting for about 4 years and I've always been satisfied with their overall service. Support is outstanding, they're a team of trained professionals and are available at all times. I also like that I'm paying monthly, makes it easier for me, instead of paying for the whole year in advance.

“Happy customer for almost 7 years and counting!”
I moved to Lunarpages from another host, after having the worst service possible. I've since been a happy customer for almost 7 years. The migration was easy and everything was working perfectly within a few hours. No words for the customer support, they are just awesome. Always quick to react and know what to do in any situation. I wouldn't switch to another host again!
