The thing I love about Live Chat is how versatile it is. Customising it to fit exactly like I want to on my website was easy to achieve. My regular customers have loved this feature and I also know that it has helped me reach customers just 'browsing' my shopfront.

I love having the Live Chat on my website. Before that, communication went through e-mail and sometimes time's an essence and neither me nor the customers can wait too long for a reply. All that has changed with the Live Chat, communication is instant and the final results are much better. Great product!

“Great for online sellers, or any websites in general!”
The interface is easy to use and the platform is solid. It doesn't glitch or breakdown and technical support is just a chat away. The pop up messaging feature is one of the best features about LiveChat. LiveChat is also quite affordable, even for Small enterprises with the lowest packages. Setting up is quite easy with very clear instructions. The application itself is fun to use. I had trouble installing the Live Chat on my website, took me trying all day. Then I asked for support and their tech team helped me do it in 15 minutes! It did miracles for my online store, both existing and potential clients are happy to get in touch and get to know my products better before purchasing. It's a perfect way to better promote my products, right at the spot. I totally recommend it for any online seller, in fact any website in general!
