This is a company that forces there customers to censor their site, and then holds there $5,000 server for ransom. choosing to not want to host certain things for moral reasons, while a horrible business decision, is your right; however stealing $5,000 from your customer is pure Evil. If you Care about freedom of speech and expression, or just don’t want to be ripped off, Never use Hivelocity!

Our move to Hivelocity has been smooth and painless. They configured our server as requested and had it online faster than advertised. Lee and Steve have been amazing to work with in this process.

I'm impressed of how stable and reliable Hivelocity proved to be over the years. I've had my dedicated servers with them for the last 4 years and there have been no major problems. Support is fantastic when you need to use them, but you mostly don't. A great company that cares about its customers and provides continuous service.

As a long time Hivelocity user I must say that their services and especially the support, have declined. After a great start and a few good years, it started getting worse and worse over time, it's just not worth it anymore. Constant issues, slow support and so on... I believe it's time for me to switch again when I find a more suitable host

I'm no stranger when it comes to hosting websites, as I've been doing it for the past 18 years. I've tried many many different hosting companies over the years. Usually the higher the price = the better the service, but not in this case. A colleague recommended Hivelocity and although it's not among the cheaper ones, I decided to go with it hoping for the best. Servers go down pretty often and support isn't much helpful. Now I'm stuck with them until the contract expires in a few months.
