I was supported by "Leon C." to improve my PHP installation, and he was super fast and precise. Thanks!

It took a bit long (2 days) to transfer my website, but we also had several problems on my side (security digit code sent to me while I was sleeping and the staff working = waiting for my reply and the code, etc). I was first a bit disappointed about the reaction time (had sometimes to wait a few hours … Show more for an answer) but the job got finally done, and the website was there, as identical as on my previous hosting, which I was glad for. Since then, all is fine as far as I can say. Today, I wanted to upgrade the PHP version, and I got all necessary information from Leon C., who again was very kind and patient, and provided me with the correct explanations and links to documentation/screenshots, being also I must say, very responsive as I never had to wait more then a few minutes for his answer to each of my questions. I'm still tuning the website to optimize its performances, so I can't tell anything about it right now, but support as well as features are great. The fact that they have 24/7 support and a Data Center in Tokyo make things also very nice for me. Thanks, guys !
