REVE Chat is a customer engagement software platform that allows websites, companies and organizations to connect and communicate with website visitors using live chat, video chat and voice calls. REVE Chat can be integrated into a number of different website platforms, including Wordpress, WooCommerce, Xcart, Weebly, Drupal, cs.cart, Joomla, Shopify, ZenCart, PrestaShop, Magento and others. This customer engagement interface includes a live chat widget, which can be easily integrated onto the e-shop platform or website interface. Users can access visitor analytics to learn more about their visitors and how effectively they're being served and engaged. This data can be used to improve sales conversions and engage customers or website visitors with greater efficiency. Other features include queuing, which is suitable for high-volume sites, and proactive chat, which allows customer engagement team members to reach out to visitors before they leave the site or before they reach out to the website's customer support team to discuss a question or concern. This customer engagement platform also including insights on visitor tracking. Customers are provided with the ability to give feedback too. On the back end of the interface, REVE Chat agents and admins can take part in chats, view chat histories and determine what transactions and purchases are associated with specific chat sessions. Pricing for REVE Chat is by the license (i.e. one license per website or shop platform.) Some plans include only text chat, while others include video chat and voice chat. Billing is offered monthly. Custom enterprise packages are also available. REVE Chat does offer a 14-day free trial, with no credit card required. REVE Chat is based in Singapore. Phone-based support available in Singapore, along with the United Kingdom and in the United States. Email support is available to clients worldwide.
