Olark is not only a cool addition to my website, it has proven to be very useful many times. It's simple to use and both me and my customers think it's a great tool for instant communication, feels as if we're in an actual store having a conversation and a sale at the spot.

I was trying out Olark on my website and had positive feedback so I decided to purchase the annual plan. I use the chat for both support and sales, whatever a user/visitor is interested in. It's much better and easier than having to deal with people on the phone and explain things that way.

It has been at least 4 years now since i discovered Olark as an add-on to the BigCommerce platform. The one feature that I love about Olark is its ability to remain hidden as a chat window unless i wish to initiate a chat with a customer. That's really powerful!
