The thing I love about Live Chat is how versatile it is. Customising it to fit exactly like I want to on my website was easy to achieve.
My regular customers have loved this feature and I also know that it has helped me reach customers just 'browsing' my shopfront.

I love having the Live Chat on my website. Before that, communication went through e-mail and sometimes time's an essence and neither me nor the customers can wait too long for a reply. All that has changed with the Live Chat, communication is instant and the final results are much better. Great product!

The interface is easy to use and the platform is solid. It doesn't glitch or breakdown and technical support is just a chat away. LiveChat is a great add-on for any type of website, especially business/shopping ones. I've had it setup on two of my online stores and found it very helpful. It's extremely easy to setup and use and it keeps improving and upgrading over time.
