“Fits very beautifully on my website”

The thing I love about Live Chat is how versatile it is. Customising it to fit exactly like I want to on my website was easy to achieve.

My regular customers have loved this feature and I also know that it has helped me reach customers just 'browsing' my shopfront.

“Great product!”

I love having the Live Chat on my website. Before that, communication went through e-mail and sometimes time's an essence and neither me nor the customers can wait too long for a reply. All that has changed with the Live Chat, communication is instant and the final results are much better. Great product!

“Great for online sellers, or any websites in general!”

The interface is easy to use and the platform is solid. It doesn't glitch or breakdown and technical support is just a chat away. The pop up messaging feature is one of the best features about LiveChat. LiveChat is also quite affordable, even for Small enterprises with the lowest packages. I've used a few live chat tools before, but Live Chat Inc. is by far the best one! I especially like the ability to create word shortcuts which saves lots of time and makes for a better experience and faster communication with users/customers.
