I was using Coinspot for a while as there are no other providers that offer a similar service in Australia with a range of coins. Unfortunately though, Coinsport is ripping me off by having the following practices against the whole Block chain technology:
1. Having a massive difference in Sell and Buy rate.
2. When you sell, the amount they credit … Show more you is far off to what you see at the time of sale.
3. 1% charge on all transactions including sending money to a different exchange.

This violates the whole concept of "Blockchain". The middle man here, "Coin Sport" is doing what blockchain technology was developed to avoid.

How ironic?

Make trades with your bitcoin at prices you never apply and when you call them out on it ,they deny any fault. Sent screenshot to confirm mistake and still no help from support. Easy to set up and use, but too slow to keep up with market trends!

The site has many coins, but their market is for the Crypto ignorant and misinformed. They charge a massive fee, their buy and sell price is waaaay off from the actual market price. Definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Crypto is here to eliminate these bank hidden schemes and unfortunately sites like Coinspot are corrupting the crypto market with similar schemes.

The general use of coinspot is quite easy and usually works right. Unfortunately they recently set up a pegged system which doesn't work, there appears to be a major issue with their coding. Easy to use, clean and modern. The approval process took a few days though, but once i was approved it was great to use.

My only suggestion would be that more coins should be added quicker.

I've had some experience with various crypto coin exchange platforms and I can say Coin Spot is one of the better ones, if not the best. This is regarding to everything: reliability of trading, withdrawal fees, speedy and good support... If you're interested in crypto currencies, you should check them out.

I've used several platforms for coin exchange and CoinSpot is one of the best, though not the cheapest. Fees are somewhat higher than other traders. But the stability and security have proven to be on a top level. Customer support could use some work too, they often get back to you within days, we could use a faster support.

May you please add Tether Euro to your comprehensive portfolio of coins? Given the volatility of the USD in recent times, it would provide some much appreciated stability in times of uncertainty.

I signed up two weeks ago and I've made a few trades now. Overall I find CoinSpot to be extremely reliable. Poli payments have been down but the other options for deposits have worked just fine.
